In proclaiming the faith and in administering the sacraments every priest speaks on behalf of Jesus Christ, for Jesus Christ.

Day's Links:
There is a series of videos from the 1960s which were brought to my attention. They were presented by Fr. Joseph Dunn and made by a production company called Radharc which he founded. They came to me by way of Fr. John Zuhlsdorf and to him by way of an Irish poster.
One dealt with the changes which were being brought into the Church's rites, and is significant as it was produced in 1962, probably before Vatican II started, showing that modernism was in full swing even then.
Another dealt with manners in Church and at Mass and was very humorous. It would have to be 5 times longer, surely, if it had been made today.
The last one was titled "Village with the most Vocations" and is enough to make a grown man cry. It was about the village of Doon in County Limerick, Ireland, from which about 1 in 7 people chose a religious vocation in life. In it we see the beautiful piety of good old Catholic Ireland, such civility, such good manners, such purpose in life, and this even from the lay folks. Then there was all the 'mothering' and 'fathering' between the priest interviewer and the sisters who were interviewed - simply stunning.
It is a video which should be seen by anyone who is curious about just how far the society of Ireland has fallen. There is such joy in those speaking, very different from what one would get today, I am almost certain.
On the same day I read that Bergoglio's general vicar for the venerable Diocese of Rome has realeased new directions based on Amoris Laetitia which allows Holy Communion for lechers, for public adulterers in this case.
So from the majestic of the past to the vulgar, profane, irreligious and sacreligious of today, from the past to the present. It is just another day in Bergoglio's NOChurch, the "springtime of the Vatican II".

Fr. Kloster. Inside the monstrance and tabernacle is Jesus, God Almighty, not His Name. Jesus and His Name are two different realities.
