Day's Links - 2019-04-11

This is a day of much news. In fact, it was so much it was as though there was a contest and one hardly knows where to begin.

Pope Benedict XVI issued an analysis of the history of clerical sexual abuse in NOChurch. It was good in parts, but it ended horribly with him praising Bergoglio, and of course he did little to link sodomy with the abuse, instead calling it the more politically correct 'paedophilia' even though most of it cannot be classed as that.

Then came news that Julian Assange had been arrested and found guilty of skipping bail in the U.K., which again confirms that the U.K. can put up kangaroo courts with the best of them.

Finally, we were treated to yet another cringeworthy Bergoglio horrow show, this time involving kissing the feet of a South Sudanese delegation. The man really does have a foot fetish. This time he actually kissed the shoes, so it's even more cringeworthy if that were even possible. It could actually have been worse, because they were only there as part of a 2-day spiritual retreat at the Vatican hosted by Anglicans, a context which only NovusOrdoWatch seemed to want to present in its entirerity.

The man obviously has no trouble kneeling, although he did seem to have trouble repeating the gesture, what with his overweight frame, one lung and possible drunkenness. Perhaps he is saving kissing the feet of Anglicans for the Maundy Thursday show. That's next week, so we shall not have too long to wait for him to put on his foot fetish cringefest.
