One can readily admit that the Magisterium's manner of expression does not seem very easy to understand at times. It needs to be translated by preachers and catechists into a language which relates to people and to their respective cultural environments. The essential content of the Church's teaching, however, must be upheld in this process. It must not be watered down on allegedly pastoral grounds, because it communicates the revealed truth.

Day's Links:
For all the dialogue that Bergoglio speaks about, he is not opposed to condemnation when it suits his interests, this time threatening to suspend all the priests of a diocese who refuse to regognise the bishop sent to them, appointeed by Pope Benedict in 2012. The man never tires of showing of his hypocrisy.
As it so happens, I agree with him on the principal, but at least I do not go around claiming that one should never condemn and one should only dialogue. This is the man who refuses to condemn anti-Catholic actions in the Middle East, Europe, Venezuela, and elsewhere, urging dialogue.
Then we have a classic case of NovusOrdooism, in this case represented by Fr. Alexander Lucie-Smith, who has evidently already sent the deceased protestant paster of Northern Ireland to Heaven, a classic case of the sin of presumption, ecumenical-style, if ever there was one. It would seem as though the DUP from Northern Ireland is against the intrinsic evils which much of Catholic Ireland has decided to promote, so we should be grateful that they have not been totally corrupted by the Novus Ordo. I wish them well, and hope that they put 'catholic' Ireland down South to shame.

Fr. Kloster. Inside the monstrance and tabernacle is Jesus, God Almighty, not His Name. Jesus and His Name are two different realities.
