It is sad that there are what you might call professional Catholics who make a living on their Catholicism, but in whom the spring of faith flows only faintly, in a few scattered drops. We must really make an effort to change this.

Day's Links:
So it transpired that there was a series of explosions in Belgium. Well, colour me surprised!
Who knew that the country with the higest number of ISIS-recruits per capita could end up being a victim of Islamist violence?
The only thing we know is that these bombings have nothing at all to do with Islam...I write that in jest, of course, lest anyone think I have joined the horde of bumbling idiots who have a dangerous aversion to reality.
It could hardly have happened to a more deserving people, since the Belgians have turned death worship into some kind of state religion. Whether it be killing the unborn, the born, the infirm, the aged, the Belgians have taken a liking to all forms of killing which have been condemned by their ancestors, for no apparent reason other than to thumb their noses at God. Well, it turns out that when one worships death, it seems to bless in kind.
It is worth pointing out that even if the number of people killed in the bombings was to exceed 100, or even 200, it would only be a fraction of the number killed in Belgian each and every day in the cult of death that they have, through abortion primarily, and now even euthanasia.
Things will get a whole lot worse in Belgium before the Belgians come to their senses. I certainly hope I am wrong, but I seldom am when it comes to these things.
Back to the Islam has nothing to do with it, and a parallel that I just cannot stop myself from making.
If, as some people insist, Bergoglio is a faithful Catholic much misunderstood, misinterpreted and misrepresented, as he goes about scandalising the faithful, all the while slandering and calumniating his more illustrious predecessors, not to mention even attacking the Holy Family itself...Then I grant that all these atrocities committed in the name of Islam may actually have nothing at all to do with Islam, that it is only a result of misunderstanding, misinterpretation and misrepresentation.
If, on the other hand, we are to let reality have the final say and submit to the truth, then we must admit that neither Bergoglio nor Islam are misunderstood, misinterpreted or misrepresented, and we have to take their actions as face value. In doing that, we would have to accept that violence is to Islam what heresy is to Bergoglio, and his gang of prancing modernists.
This is to all the neo-Catholics, pollyannas, and Bergoglio enablers out there: It would be intellectually dishonest to take actions at face value in one instance, while not doing the same in others, especially when there is striking consistency in the actions and utterances at hand.
Of course, if you're one of the Islam-has-nothing-to-do-with-it gang, then I can only conclude with the following...Good luck in la-la-land! I hope that you never have to crash-land into reality because when reality collides with delusion, there can be only one winner, and you will have a painful time realising that.
