  1. No president in US history has ever stayed in office past the official end of his term.

Since 1933, every POTUS’ term ends on January 20th, and that is set in stone until another Amendment modifies or repeals this one:

The 20th Amendment went into effect in 1933. President Hayes’ inauguration date back in 1877 was set by the 12th Amendment, and therefore it isn’t relevant to the current dispute.

Fine,
but the last controversy of this type is from 1876. Therefore, there is no precedent for what is happening now.

  • Most despicable is Pence. Looking out only for himself. Wow, what a coward. To abandon Trump and the millions of Americans who made him Veep.

Yes, Akita. I wonder if it is related to him having left the Catholic Faith in his young adulthood. For whatever reason, I place much blame on his cowardice.

We no longer have a free country in America they have taken away our right to vote.

We now belong to international corporate States of the world.

Joseph Pieper Chapter 3 in his book The End of Time should be looked into by every Roman Catholic.

Own comment:

Many of us have long suspected, if not outright known, that the U.S. political system is a circus, and its democracy is for show only.

Still, the lack of any formal interest in investigating the obvious frauds of the 2020 election has been astonishing for anybody paying interest. They seem to have lost any interest to keep people believing that the show is real.

It is akin to lifting the veil of the scripted wrestling shows, giving away the whole plotline and then expecting there to be no repercussions when it comes to viewer interest. As for me, I largely lost interest in wrestling when I discovered it was not real, and it will be interesting to see if voters similarly lose interest in the voting system, and by extension, interesting to see what will follow after that.
