He is so afraid that God is absent from him. How come he can be a bishop with that fear. Whoever has God with him has no fear. Poor diocesis.

I think the Bishop is confused a bit.
Own comment: 

This is NOChurch in a nutshell: Zero respect for the faith, and maximum respect for the respectability of the Church's enemies.

On top of that a complete disregard for the Catholic Faith which manifests itself in people claiming exactly the opposite of what the Church teaches and making up stuff claiming it is Catholic which completely disregarding the clear teaching of the Church on virtually all other issues.
