There would be more, but they would face a trifecta of bishop, boomer parish Council and denunciation by letter / email from some 'Spirit of V2' parishioner. SP can count for nothing with those elements.

mm??? I believe it is higher than that. These stats were collected for those parishes where the Indult mass is offered. What about the SSPX, FSSP, CRNJ, St Pius V, et all? Not to mention independent traditional priests who offer the TLM. I believe it is more like 3-5%

So 1 percent celebrate the true mass instead of the protestant version. Victory tot he enemies of Christ, it seems.

The article fails to explain how this French organization reached such an estimate. I can say with certainty, the figure given for the FSSP's membership is factually incorrect.

Own comment:

I certainly do not agree with tbswv that the number of priests saying the Tridentine Rite is between 3-5%. Not even in Sweden is it that high, and Sweden is one of the more friendly countries when it comes to tradition, given the bishop is not opposed to it. That's not saying much though, since much of the lay hiearchy at the very least seems to be opposed to it and it is the lay hiearchy which seems to run the diocese, from what I have been told.

In any case, we should be happy that the figure of Latin Rite priets saying the Old Mass - the True Mass - is rising, and I like Prayhard I agree that the figure would be much higher were it not for the constant threats made upon those who love the authentic Catholic faith, especially the priests.
