As I wrote the other day, to be insulted by Pope Francis is to be validated in one's Catholicism, since it seems the only people he will attack or insult are faithful Catholics. This time his focus is firmly on those who love the authentic rite of the Catholic Church, and he seems keen to send a warning that authentic Catholics who appreciate the patrimony of the Church will be rounded up and shipped out, at least the bishops who support them.
Today is the Octave Day of Easter, Low Sunday as it is also know in the Tridentine rite, and also Divine Mercy Sunday, in accordance with the wishes of Pope John Paul II, who has today been raised to a saint, and is to be know as Saint John Paul II.
