Was it all about Roy Moore? In other news: At least perversion is still considered a bad thing - Sunday 12th-Saturday 18th of November

A short entry this week, hopefuly.

From the most judgemental non-judgemental pope in history we have yet another condemnation. This time it is that we are perverse if we do not believe the scientism on climate change. The only thing that caught my eye regarding this is that Bergoglio still considers perversion to be a bad thing - judging from the way he phrased his rant. Given his many utterances promoting all sorts of perverted acts, I had almost come to suspect that he sees perversion as something virtuous. This is, after all, the same man who has said that people who act uprightly often have something dark in their closet.

Something tells me Bergoglio knows a thing or two about closets....

More allegations of sexual misconduct have come forth from all and sundry, also in Sweden funnily enought. It has indeed become the new fashion. I must admit that when this thing first broke I didn't get why it had broken out over Harvey Weinstein, of all people, someone who was not exactly known as a prude, and in Hollywood of all places, which seems to be some sort of vice capital. It was, after all, an open secret that he was as promiscuous as a bee is to flowers, if not outright predatory. Others were dragged in subsequently but even before it had left that particular pervert I thought it was going all over the top. The allegations got all the more fuzzy and it soon became the fad to accuse him of sexual harassment. Given that Hollywood is a place given to fads, I stopped taking any of the accusations seriously, especially since they got just quite nutty. We have one, for example, of a woman who says that she invited him to her house twice and he raped her, twice!

We do know that there is some sort of coordination in the news media so if a story gathers more pace that it deserves at first hand there is often a reason for it. It occured to me that perhaps the whole reason why Harvey Weinstein had been thrown into the mix was because they wanted to create a firestorm of hysteria regarding sexual assault allegations, so that they could suck up Roy Moore into it. It seems far-fetched but one has to understand that Roy Moore is quite a lightning-bolt into the political establishment in the United States. This is a man who says that the "United States cannot be great before it is good", so he is far from a neo-conservative. He is exactly the sort of person they absolutely would not want on the Senate floor, debating one immoral act over another.

If you thought Trump was a shock to the system, then imagine how hazardous Roy Moore would be! With Trump and Roy Moore all of a sudden we are not dealing with an isolated incident, but rather a proper movement with proper momentum. This has to be stopped!

For that reason whoever pulls the strings in the media and political establishments decided that it was enough to whip up a storm regarding sexual accusations, even if it included sucking in a few of their most high-profile agents. The prize was too valuable and it could come at a high price. Enter the Hollywerid perverts then! They had to be sacrificed to create the initial storm, and on top of that, the accusations had to get more and more diffuse to such an extent that any man was going to be considered guilty just by having an accusation levelled towards him. This then created the proper feeding ground for accusations against Roy Moore, which true or false - and some of them are fanciful at best -, would probably not have gained this much traction had not the Hollywood perverts been caught up in the media storm. After all, the case now is such that there is a presumption of guilt for anyone accused, and a presumption of victimhood for any woman who comes forward with an accusation.

It is a good old-fashioned witch-hunt. There are probably more people who have been caught up in this mess than the power brokers were counting on, but the prize is too valuable and it can cost what it may. I predict that this hysteria will die down after the Alabama elections, at least if Roy Moore loses. Expect it to go on for a while further if he wins!

Regarding the Harvey Weinstein issue, there is an interview with E. Michael Jones in which he brings up the issue that in Talmudic Judaism, perverting the morals of non-Jews - gentiles - is seen as a virtuous thing. I do not know enough of Talmudic Judaism to falsify or confirm this claim, but it does not seel all that far-fetched. His theory is that this particular Hollywood pervert has fallen victim to the old Jewish custom of scape-goating, indeed a Biblical concept.

Another Vatican conference brings yet more anti-life speakers and more immorality promotion from Bergoglio's anti-Catholic fraternity. Population experts and abortion activist abound.

Some news stories from Russia, the most noteworthy being that Patriach Kirill informed/claimed that the Russian Orthodox Church has built over 5,000 new churches and ordained 10,000 new clergymen in just 6 years. I am skeptical to the claims, but if I take the patriach at his word, the statistics are completely staggering. They are beuilding new churches at an even faster rate than the Novus Ordo is destroying them! The same website from which I read that also informed its readers that its youtube channel is being censored - actually has been removed. One would think that such news would warrant attention, but our new Christophobic tech masters simply do not want to have such good news spread. It might interfere with their anti-Russian propaganda.

Speaking of which, the OSCE finally spoke about against labelling media...

Bergoglio cracks down: No fags for your orgies! - Sunday 5th-Saturday 11th of November

Like him or loathe him, one has to admit that were Bergoglio's pontificate not so tragic, it would be hilariously comedic. One of the most amusing things about the man has to be his gift for mis-prioritisation, was was on full display this past week. Another tragically amusing thing about him is taking narcicissm to whole new levels. That too was on display this week.

First Bergoglio whined about how people take pictures at Mass, reminding pilgrims - although I would rather use the term victims for anybody who gets exposed to one of Bergoglio's audiences - that it is not a show. This is strange talk, from a man who has himself had clown Masses and who forced a beach ball to sit firmly on the altar - a beach ball which seemed more pious than Bergoglio at the time since it seemed to realise it was out of place and tried to roll off several times. It is interesting though to note the words that the big hypocrite used:

...And I tell you that it gives me so much sadness when I celebrate here in the Piazza or in the Basilica and I see so many raised mobiles (cell phones), not just of the faithful, but even of some priests and bishops too. But please! The Mass is not a show...”

What is interesting with that is not that Bergoglio often treats the Mass as a show - cue the feet-kissing and the sign of peace which takes him all around the Church at times - but condemns others when they do it. In fact, I am kind of happy to learn from Bergoglio that he doesn't think the Mass is a show, seeing as he often treats it as such. No, what is interesting is the fact that even when he is right - that the Mass is not a show - he manages to make it all about himself: "It gives me so much sadness". It's just more "Me! Me! Me!, I, I , I! Me! Me! Most humble me!" from this narcissist.

My policy has always been that one ought not to take pictures at Mass, and if one does so it should be discreet, and one should not receive Holy Communion at a Mass in which one has been taking pictures as one has not been in total submission to the occasion. However, if it annoys Bergoglio, I am willing to revise my policy.

The most amusing thing, however, was that his chronic mis-prioritisation was in full display during the week as it was announced by Greg Burke that Bergoglio has decided to forbid the sale of cigarettes in the Vatican. I couldn't help but laugh when I realised it was not a spoof, I had to find multiple sources reporting this because at first sight I thought it was a joke.

When you think of all the scandals which have hit the Vatican in just the past few months - from population control advocates giving talks, to adultery promotion, to sodomy promotion, to financial improprieties, and of course, the infamous homosexual orgy monsignor, of whom Bergoglio and the Vatican media apparatus has remained silent - it is remarkable to think that the one thing Bergoglio thought it wise to crack down on was cigarette smoking. If one had read the headline "Pope outlaws fags on Vatican premises", with a Catholic pope one might have tended to think "I didn't even know there were any at the Vatican! Be gone with them!". With Bergoglio though, it is a different fag which is being banned.

The reason is very simple: The Holy See cannot contribute to an activity that clearly damages the health of people.

The message was certainly clear, homosexual orgies I'll not talk about or condemn, but cigarettes are banned. My regime couldn't care less about spiritual death even though Jesus Christ speaks of it as the most dangerous thing, but if the WHO mentions smoking as physically harmful, you can count on me to act on it. The message, I am sure, was clearly received, but I summarise it below in case anybody has missed it.

In other words, no cigarettes after your orgies, or during, or before, or whatever the protocol is at Bergoglio's Vatican. No mercy for smokers, but for adulterers and everyone else; well, unless they count Rosaries or say the Confiteor in Latin. In other words, no fags for your orgies!

Another noteworthy thing is that Bergoglio chose to have his media folks announce this as though it was a momentous event. Look, the Vatican has 1 store of which I know, and possibly 2 if they have a bar at the Domus Santa Marthae. We are talking at most about 3 stores at the Vatican, so there was no good reason to make it out as though this was momentous news. If Bergoglio had considered cigarettes so harmful as to want to ban them at all Vatican stores, all he would have needed to do was to advice his assistant to do it in all the 3 places in person. I am sure it would have taken less than 20 minutes to walk to all the joints which sell cigarettes at the Vatican. Such discretion was not good enough for an attention whore of an apostatate, and once again, his media manager had to make it seems as though the most humble pope in history was doing a great service to mankind by announcing his decision to the whole world.

It could have been worse, I suppose: He might have forbidden the sale of all cigarettes which were not made from organic tobacco. So I suppose in that sense he did not exhaust all the comedic possibilities of this particular absurdity. Maybe he is not finished with this topic then.

That covers most of my reflections this week, and the rest I shall mention only in passing.

A week of commemorations, some good, some Bergogliian - Sunday 29th of October to Saturday 4th of November

This week included the Feast of All Saints, as well as the Feast of All Souls, as all well-informed Catholics will know.

One is an authentic celebration of those who have made it to Eternal Glory spend eternity with God in Heaven. The other is a commemoration of the souls who have not quite made it, inviting us to pray for them and help them along the way. These are the positive commemorations.

It will have escaped the attention of few that this week also marked the 500th anniversary of the protestant revolt. There were many good articles written about this event and the myths that have grown up about it. It's interesting to note that even the  posting of theses to the church door is generally agreed not to have taken place, but is one more myth about that arch-heresiarch. Many of the good articles I found have been linked below, and it would be nice to have a glance at them if you want to know about the real Martin Luther, the one who was condemned by the Church, a rabidly depraved human being who seems to have had little or  no love in him, except of various immoral acts.

One good article was a reprint of an article written 50 years ago in The Wanderer by Bishop William Adrian. It shows that the attempt at rehabilitating Luther has been going on since at least the Second Vatican Council, and what is interesting is that even then the attempt was going against readily available historical data which showed just what a horrble man he was.

We shall not waste much time on him, as we have bigger problems in the Church today than an arch-heresiarch who was excommunicated; in the form of an arch-heresiarch who seems intent on tearing everything Catholic down, and who seems to have very little resistance from the Church's other bishops in his attempts to do so. This same man decided to honour Luther with a blaspemous stamp in which Luther and his associate the the places traditionally associated with the Virgin Mary and St. John. The pose of these people kneeling is unusual as, from what I have read of the man's writings, he is unlikely to have ever got on his knee in front of the Cross or Crucifix after he had apostasised. Even their distortions of history are distorted in other words.

We also had news that Bergoglio has supposedly set up a commission geared towards looking into creating a new ecumenical mass. This time they even bothered to come up with a denial, so at least they know the venture is evil.

It's interesting to note that not even the Novus Ordo Missae is un-Catholic enough for Bergoglio, despite having carried tens and hundreds of millions away from the faith. He wants a novus Novus Ordo, and the blasphemies contained in it we can only imagine. Many disbelieve this story, and I am not sure I am too keen to believe it either, given the Novus Ordo Missae is working just dandily in tearing Catholics away from their faith en masse. However, it is important to remember that the worse a rumour is under this pontificate, the more likely it is to be true, if history is anything to go by. Virtually every bad warning regarding Bergoglio has come to fruition, with the reality being often worse than the rumours.

In an article entitled "Why Catholics should defend indulgences", the Catholic Herald did a good job in explaining the issue of indulgences. It is a very easy read ad a good explanation. That particular newspaper used to be my go-to-site for news, but Bergoglio has left his mark on it. Besides being largely Bergoglio apologists, the newspaper seems often to be little more than neo-cons in Catholic drag, as their very clear support for the Western aggression Libya demonstrated, and it's heavy anti-Russian propaganda. Credit where credit is due though.

This week's Bergoglio-victim-of-the-week was Fr. Thomas Weinandy, who in a rather forthright manner put into writing what he has felt about Bergoglio for a long time. He wrote that Bergoglio has caused "chronic confusion", among other stuff. He also wrote of Bergoglio's hypocrisy in speaking of parrhesia while punishing those who speak up openly in favour of Catholic teaching and against Bergoglian novelties, all the while as Bergoglio rewards those who show nothing but disrespect to the Church's moral authority.

Keen to prove that the terms of its massive grants from the U.S. government does not oblige the USCCB to invest in irony, Fr. Weinandy was promptly dismissed from his position as the USCCB's top doctrinal advisor, swiftly proving that he was right to point out the hypocrisy of FrancisChurch.

I would remiss if I did not take this opportunity to compliment Mundabor on his keen sense of picking out NovusOrdoist tendencies even from people who do good acts. The details of how Fr. Weinandy came to issue his letter to Bergoglio are worth reading about on their own,  but in short, he asked for a sign from God, and a very specific one at that. Once he had received that sign, he felt he should go ahead with airing his grievances. Mundabor notes the fact that it is not a good idea to test God, in the way the priest did. We have a case in which a priest seems to have been forced by God into doing what he should have been doing all along. Given that this particular priest was the head of the doctrinal office, we cannot claim that he does not know right from wrong, so we ought to be afraid that he has led others into thinking that they can test God in similar ways.

It would not be entirely fanciful, for instance, to think that a man with a weakness for a workmate will use the same trick and put a set of conditions which, if met,...

The surviving dubia cardinals might be up to something - Sunday 22nd of October to Saturday 29th of October

There are subtle signs that a reprimand of Bergoglio from the dubia cardinals over Amoris Laetitia might not be long in coming. Yes, I know, we have been waiting well over a year now with nothing but whispers in the background from the cardinals, when they should be howling but 2 things lead me to this suspicion.

First we had Cardinal Burke visiting relics of St. Thomas More and speaking in glowing terms about one's duty to defend the faith at all costs. For those not in the know, St. Thomas More was the layman who was executed by King Henry VIII for opposing his plans to take over the Church in England. Although the particulars of this particular martyrdom have St. Thomas More resisting the king only when he wanted to declare himself head of the Church, the context is that the king wanted to take over the Church as he would not be granted an annulment, seeing as he wanted to shack it up with another woman. St. Thomas More was certainly out of luck for had he lived during a pope as atrocious as Bergoglio, he might well have kept his head, since Bergoglio's take would probably be that they were never married anyway, and that the king would have been more married with a concubine than his legal wife.

Alas, those were easier times from a doctrinal point-of-view, so the good St. Thomas More had little option than to follow the dictates of the LORD and take the consequences. Visiting the relics of this, perhaps the greatest of Englishmen, might give Cardinal Burke strength to do the same.

On another front we had Cardinal Brandmüller come out swinging, telling us that people who claim that adulterers can receive Holy Communion licitly are excommunicated. I am not sure of the particulars, but I would agree with him on the general point: To claim either that adultery is not a mortal sin or that mortal sin does not preclude one from  Holy Communion is a heresy. That Bergoglio holds this position and many other heretical ones is the worst-kept secret in the world.  It would be much easier to issue a reprimand to someone who has had excommunication charges levelled against him than to someone in good standing. So I see these 2 moves in the same week as a signal that something might be about to happen.

I hope against hope that the cardinals are serious about this. Let's be honest: Being a dubia cardinal seems to be just about the most dangerous position in the world right now, with the culling rate that they have experience. Cardinal Brandmüller is 88 years old, so it is not as though he has much time left. Furthermore, we know that it is much easier to make the death of an 88-year old seem natural than the far younger Cardinal Burke, who is still below 70. For his own sake, it might be better if Cardinal Brandmüller issues that correction as soon as possible, as I believe the Bergoglio schemers would be less willing to threaten him after a correction than before.

With these words, I do not claim definitively that the deaths of the 2 other cardinals were due to foul play. However, you will excuse me for concluding that a pope and his minions who do not hesitate to condemn millions to eternity in hell will not hesitate to take the earthly life of 2 elderly cardinals, or 4, or however many it takes.

In "I, Me & the Papacy" we had some words of frustration from One Mad Mom. She is tired of how Bergoglio is all "me, me me, I , I , I , me ...". She does not recal Pope Benedict XVI speaking in the first person so many times. Pope Benedict, alas, was not an attention whore, or a narcissist. I would file this under "Bergoglio pollyanna awakening", as from what I can tell she is far from traditionalist, and I would suspect that she has only been forced into this opinion by the very public way in which Bergoglio pursues his anti-Catholic ends. If there is any good with Bergoglio, it is surely that he has gotten people to realise just what a mess the Church is at this moment in time.

Anti-Russian hysterica continues both in Europe and in the U.S. We had Twitter banning Russian ads, just to press home that they cannot be trusted on anything. In Europe, we had an NGO, so-called, publishing a list of Russia Today's guest, and villifying them for appearing on that news network.  I continue to maintain that the reason Russia is villified so much is because Russia stands for national sovereignty and largely Christian values. It is hard to believe that the U.S.S.R. was villified by these same folks in anything approaching the way that modern Russia is.

Over in Spain, separatists in Catalonia declared independence. They joy from ruling separatist socialists was short-lived as the Spanish government dissolved the parliament and took control of the police forces. From what I have been told, the separatist prime minister is in Brussels, perhaps hiding from embezzlement charges.

This week's prize for Bergoglio victim of the week goes to Catholics who were arrested in Belgium for saying the Rosary, in a Catholic church. The main event at the church was some lutherfest of one kind or another, an ecumenical gathering the likes of which Bergoglio has spent so much time promoting. They join a long and growing list of Bergoglio's victims. If you are a faithful Catholic, or even a half-decent person, you might well find yourself on that list before the man's time is up.

Bergoglio's fanks make a better case for his heresy better than his opposition could ever do - Sunday 15th of October to Saturday 22nd of October

They often say that one can tell quite a lot about a person based on who he has as friends, or fans, or allies. In that spirit, a bunch of heretics started a website in defence of Bergoglio. In their effort they condemn him more than the filial correction ever could.

Among the signatories we find heretics of all kinds, including a woman who was excommuniated under Bergoglio's pontificate. The fact that no diocesan bishops have signed is also significant, and the only bishops in favour seem to be auxillary bishops. If these are the kind of people supporting Bergoglio, there surely can be no doubt that his plans are diabolical. I just wish more of the heretics sign up, so that they can be exposed for all to see.

Sticking to the theme of Bergoglio's diabolical schemes, we have news that he has convened a synod in South America, which will discuss the lack of priests for the Amazonian region. It is expected that Bergoglio will use it as an excuse to introduce married clergy. St. Birgitta of Sweden had an approved vision in  which she sawthat any pope who abolishes priestly celibacy will spend eternity in hell, where he will be tormented by having ravens gouging his eyes out, or something to that effect. If Bergoglio does it, then we no longer need to doubt where he is headed.

Spare me the whole "priestly celibacy is a discipline nonsense"! The fact of the matter is that Christ laid out priestly celibacy as desirable and the Church has always held it as the norm. It is an apostolic discipline, of apostolic tradition, and like all other apostolic traditions they are binding on us Catholics since our duty is to pass on what has been received. Furthermore, it is ridiculous of Bergoglio to try to use this as an excuse for married  clergy (cause that has worked out so well for protestants, of course), given that he is always insisting that nobody needs to be Catholic in the first place. If nobody needs the sacraments to enter Heaven, then how come the Amazonians are in such dire need as to warrant a synod specifically for them? Are they the exception who cannot be saved apart from through the sacraments instituted for our salvation? Don't count on Bergoglio or his psychophants clearing up this particular contradiction!

Bergoglio's victims also continue to pile up, and this week it was the turn of the eminent Dr. Thomas Stark, who was teaching at the Heiligenkreuz Abby - free of charge, it must be added.

Then we had Bergoglio writing a letter to Cardinal Sarah, in which he humiliates him by ordering him to write to those he has spoken to insisting that the Vatican retains the authority over liturgical translations. In Bergoglio's letter, he makes it sure that episcopal conferences have the authority. It is unclear what exactly the Doctrine for Divine Worship is supposed to do once the bishops have finished their (mis)translations.

Let this act as proof that Bergoglio is not the clueless idiot he pretends to be! He clearly knows what is happening outside Vatican walls, and he can be decisive and clear whenever he feels it is in his diabolical interests. Then we also have the curious situation whereby the cardinal in charge of divine worship is clearly not in the loop with regards to what the pope wants his dicastery to do. In other words, to Bergoglio, the Congregation for Divine Worship might as well not exist, because he does not make use of it for its legitimate functions.

One more note: It is very obvious that Bergoglio was not the one who wrote the letter to Cardinal Sarah. It is simply too clear and to the point, not to mention logical, for it to have come from Bergoglio's mind. There is too much technical stuff for it, and my understanding if that Bergoglio does not even understand French, so I don't know why he would be writing to clarify a French term, which I understand was one of the ones cleared up.

A week of wonderful anniversaries - Sunday 8th to Saturday 14th of October

The major news this week were of course the 100th anniversary of The Miracle of the Sun at Fatima. Even I took the time to write down some thougths about this great and truly unique event.

Much was written about the Fatima anniversary, the best of which was by Roberto di Mattei on Rorate Caeli, in which he went through how 9 popes have failed to consecrate Russia ever since the Fatima apparitions.

In Poland they had a Rosary Crusade of sorts, although that particular Rosary Crusade was held in honour of the Feast of the Holy Rosary, some few days earlier. The Church in Poland encouraged the event and even senior of the governments got in on the act. It is very nice to see the Carholic faith flourishing in Poland, but I do fear that Catholicism in Poland has a nationalist strain to it which tends more to be a national marker than true discipleship. I hope I am wrong, because it would be terrible if the faith in Poland went the way of the faith in Ireland, where it seems more and more as though for the majority of the Catholics, the faith was something to mark them as not being loyal subjects of an occupying power. It's difficult to analyse the collapse post-Vatican II in any other way.

While it is always good to see Rosaries being prayed, there was a political aspect to the campain in Poland and that was the anti-immigration stance. The Rosary stations formed a perimeter around the whole country, in a symbolic gesture to the EU to leave Poland alone and stop forcing Islamisation upon it.

The aim of the Poles in wanting to protect their cultural, religious and even ethnic identity is very laudable and I very much support them in that. However, I cannot but point out that it is very hypocritical of the Poles to cry when their sovereignty is threatened while at the same time supporting the attacks on the sovereignty on others.

The truth is that Poland, according to polls, is the most pro-American country in the world. I do not have any direct memory of Poland's stance, but I would be extremely surprised, even shocked, if it was to turn out that Poland had been against any of the American misadventures in Muslim countries which have acted as the catalyst for what is commonly dubbed the "refugee crisis", a very misleading label, of course. The attacks that spring most to mind are those of Iraq, Libya and most recently Syria, although we should also remember Yemen and Afghanistan, from where many of the refugees who make it to Sweden hail, for some unkown reason.

It would be one thing if the Poles resisted for some other reason, but Poland resists, and I have to argue plays the victim card, precisely because its sovereignty was attached first by the Germans, then the Soviets and now lately the EU. Given that it is precisely soverignty, territorial and cultural integrity that the U.S. has been attacking the most, with Polands presumed backing if not encouragement, I would like to argue that the Poles have no recourse to the moral high ground in their stance against the EU. Nonetheless, I do stand with Poland on that particular issue, hypocritical as the country may be.

We had Trump repealing the contraceptive mandate, among others, from the Obama regime which came before him, something very much welcomed by all non-leftists. It is a bit of a scandal that it took so long. It was actually part of a series of administrative policies which the Trump administration took which were very encouraging. It was not all plain sailing though as they for some reason still continue to defend the homosexualisation, demoralisation and immoralisation of American society by insisting that homosexuals are a protected civil rights group as defined by the Civil Rights Act, in plain contradiction of the act. The U.S. bishops, as is par for the course, have been worse than worthless on this issue and many like it.

Staying on the topic of the U.S. and the aforementioned foreign aggressions, a very interesting piece was published on the Ron Paul Institute titled "US Violence Abroad Begets Violence at Home". A new study shows that the number of deaths caused by the U.S. since the Second World War, if I undrstand the piece properly. The number of countries the U.S. has attacked is staggering, and worth remembering is that not a single one of those nations actually attacked the U.S. or posed a threat to U.S. security - as if posing a threat was in any way a justification for attacking them, it must be noted. As I wrote on the day, we have become somewhat desensitised to American brutality: "It's what they do" thinks the world, and "It's what we do", Americans seem to think, but we owe it to the victims of this violence to remember them.

The context of his piece was the recent Las Vegas massacre, whose narrative, it must be admitted, grows all the more unbelievable.

We had an article by Jennifer Lahl on egg 'donation', written by a woman who had donated her eggs. She suffered adverse effects on which she had not counted and about which she had not been informed. It was a sad read, and one thing that struck me was how bad she felt at realising that the doctors saw her as nothing but a product to produce eggs, while of course, she was there in essence facilitating the treatment of children as products through IVF technologies. It just goes to show how much trouble a little abstract thinking can save us, especially when it comes to morality.

A week's summary would hardly be complete without a Bergoglio scandal, or a Bergoglio heresy, or not infrequently both. This time it is the death penalty, which Bergoglio says...

The schism that isn't, and a narrative so deceptive it is scary - Sunday 1st to Saturday 7th of October

We shall start with Cardinal Burke stating that the SSPX is in schism. These words he uttered a while back and they are, of course, regrettable. Normally, what the Church's top canonist says should be respected, but as the Vatican actually has the Ecclesia Dei dealing with the SSPX, and that commission has always insisted that the SSPX is not in schism, we can safely disregard his words on this one.

The curious thing about the SSPX's so-called schism is that nobody can actually pinpoint what it is they do that would cause them to be in shcism, especially now that their bishops have had their excommunications lifted. ChurchMilitant.tv was ecstatic at hearing the cardinal using the word schism, and they put it that the cardinal had "confirmed" that the SSPX was in schism, as if comments made at a gathering outside his official statements and offical role count as confirmation for anything. The only confirmation we received was that Cardinal Burke does not much like the SSPX, but that is not exactly news, now is it? As hopeful as we may be on Cardinal Burke, we must realise that he is a Vatican II bishop and his idea is that Vatican II itself was not bad but that it was corrupted, a hard idea to sell given that the very people who participated in the council are those who implemented it.

It is almost difficult to imagine that there is bad stuff which goes outside the Church given how bad things within the Church have gone, but for sure bad stuff abounds...

The most widely-publicised tragedy of the week was the shooting in Las Vegas which left hundreds injured and around 60 killed. The most remarkable thing about this incident is that the official narrative - now narratives since they keep changing all the time - is so absurd that nobody who spends 10 minutes examining the inconsistencies can end up believing it. There are doubts about the identity of the shooter, whether there was one or more, the timeline of events, people who were supposed to have been killed being alive, violations of such basic things as securing scenes of investigation and a whole lot more.

In fact, pretty much the only part of the narrative that seems to be truthful is the notion that bullets move faster than people.

My attitude towards conspiracy theories is that there is no conspiracy theory that I am not willing to entertain, so long as its basic premises make sense. However, one does not even have to be in the least open to cospiracy theories to realise that the story that the public is being fed is completely off. Some links at the bottom of this article point out some of the inconsistencies.

It also happened that Catalonia had a referendum. The Spanish government interfered in a heavy-handed way, which was very bad for public relations. However, it seems as though the Catalonian government is the one which has come out worst off in this scenario. They obviously pushed the situation to a head without any reason for doing that and the repercussions have not been to their expectation. The Spanish government responded by making it easier to move businesses out of Catalonia and some big financial institutions have already moved their headquarters.

As usual, the hypocrisy of the EU and the Western states regarding independence movements was telling. The EU was more or less completely silent, the same EU which has encuraged/condemned independence movements  around the world, alternating condemnation with encouragement based on its own or the US foreign policy interest, or in many instances, simly against the interests of Russia or its allies.

Returning to the mess in the Church, Bergoglio urged the Church to join the cultural revolution. As I have remarked many times before, the man does not even try to hide that he is an enemy of the Church. He simply seems to have nothing good to say about the Church, Her mission or Her teaching.

Some thoughts on the 100-year anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima

This is a huge day in the life of the Church. The Miracle of the Sun at Fatima is the greatest and most widely witnessed divine intervention since the Resurrection of Christ.

It is such a big day in fact that I feel somewhat forced to have some sort of commentary on the day itself, untrue to form. There are many much-better informed followers of Fatima, so I'll try and keep my statements brief.

The eminent historian Roberto di Mattei wrote a splendid piece which was published on Rorate Caeli. In it he writes a bit of what happened on that day, but much of his text has to do with how the 9 popes since the apparition have failed to honour the Virgin's request to have Russia consecrated to her Immaculate Heart.

There are some who feel that the consecration of Russia has been carried out and that the positive changes we see in Russia have occured as a result of that consecration. There were positive developments when Pope Pius XII consecrated the whole world to the Blessed Virgin, a fact Sister Lucia was keen to point out, but she was keen to point out that the consecration had not heeded our Blessed Mother's wishes. The Second World War did indeed end and we did indeed have a period of peace, but the world was soon plunged into the chaos of the Cold War, and the errors of Russia continued to spread. Indeed, Roberto di Mattei catalogues this.

Now some will say that Russia has changed and this and that.; facts hardly open to dispute. Anybody who argues that Russia is still communist is as ignorant as he is stupid, I would argue. Well, either that or you are accusing the Russian leadership of complete ignorance of what communism is. After all, communists specialise in destroying churches, not in building and re-building them. If you don't believe me, just as the Chinese and the Soviets!

One would think that people as wise as those in charge of Russia - people, it has to be admitted, who manage to outmanoeuvre the combined intellect of the entire Western world combined seemingly without even trying - would be in the know as to the basic tenets of communism, if that was the ideology that they secrectly espoused. The charge of the Russian leadership being crypto-communists really does not stand up even to the slightest bit of scrutiny.

Since the fall of the Soviet Union, Russia has built over 10,000 churches, many if not most with government money, I would assume, since there is simply no way that the Orthodox Church in Russia, persecuted and infiltrated by communists for so long, with barely any Mass attendees, would be able to afford such an undertaking. Some reports I have seen have claimed as much as 28,000 churches have been built in Russia since the fall of communism, a figure that seems rather fanciful to me, but which I would happily accept if it were proved to be true.

The president, Vladimir Putin, routinely attends church services, as does prime minister  Medvedev and defence minister Shoigu. These, I would argue, are the 3 most important public figures in Russia and they are doing everything they can do to prop up the Russian Orthodox Church. Although there is much to go before Russia can be called a Christian nation - the abolition of abortion being the foremost - there is not much more that the current leadership of Russia could have done to help Christianity regain its place at the centre of Russian life.

That it is the Russian Orthodox Church being propped up and not the Catholic Church will offend some, but it does not offend me. To any impartial observer, the Russian Orthodox Church certainly appears more Christian than the Catholic Church. Only the learned will bother to find out that the claims of the Russian Orthodox Church are bogus, but few ever go that far. Externals matter and the fact of the matter is that the primate of Russia behaves in a much more Christian way than does our pope, or whatever Bergoglio is.

Furthermore, it has always been the role of the Russian leadership to support Russian Orthodoxy and I am at a loss to understand how these people think that the Russian leadership can impose the Catholic faith on people who have been hostile to the Catholic Church for centuries. These rifts have nothing to do with Vladimir Putin or even the communists, and they cannot be healed by political figures, although I grant that political figures can do much to push the re-unification. The fact of the matter is that the Blessed Virgin Mary provided us with a roadmap of how to convert Russia back to Catholicism, and that is through the consecration of Russia.

Rumour has it that Putin even asked the pope to consecrate Russia; so much for the politicians being communists. That the popes have failed to do this is to their eternal condemnation. It would be one thing if they did not believe in the Fatima message, but pope after pope has paid homage to the apparitions at Fatima so it beggars belief that they will not do what they were asked to do.

Back to the topic of the consecration and the accompanying warnings...

Whereas Russia can be said in many ways to have rejected the errors of Russia, these errors are all-pervasive in the West. Whether it is the attack on the Christian faith, the destruction of the family, the promotion of sodomy, fornication homosexuality and feminism, the attack on human nature through transgenderism and materialism, the attack on the sacredness of human life through euthanasia and abortion, the promotion of Islam, witchcraft, scientism and atheism, the errors of Russia have spread into the West like wild-fire and there seems to be no stopping them.

I repeat that I am no expert of Fatima but it is my understanding that...

A terrible force of destruction meets an immovable object - Early reactions to Correctio Filialis - Sunday 24th to Saturday 30th of September

It turns out that the Correctio Filialis de haeresibus propagatis was released at exactly midnight of September 24th, and not on September 23rd as I had previously written. What confused me was the fact that I went to Rorate Caeli shortly after midnight and found it there, and naturally assumed that it had been posted somewhat earlier. If we check their timestamp though it seemed to have been set for publication at exactly midnight. I had caught wind of something being released from reading Fr. John Hunwicke's post from the day before, in which he claimed that something big was expected on the Sunday. For that reason I was surprised to learn that it had been released before, or so I thought, and it didn't help that so many blogs I read put the 23rd on it.

Time zones help explain that confusion, because many of the blogs I follow are from the Western hemisphere, where it was still the 23rd on the day of publication. I would much rather use the Rome time since the document was meant for Rome, and since it was released on the 24th my time as well, so I'll henceforth refer to the 24th as the release date, but I digress, although...Distinctions Matter!

The phrase "an irresistible force meets an immovable object" is I believe quite common in weather-speak and I believe it is used when a weather front meets a mountain area or some such thing. In my particulary context, it obviously refers to Bergoglio and while he has been immovable in his obstinacy against Catholic doctrine and practice, in this particular analogy he predictably plays the part of "a terrible force of destruction" with the signatoris of Correction Filialis acting as representatives of the immovable object that is the deposit of faith.

For my part I acquired it from "The Dark Knight" - one of the best movies ever made, by the way, and unquestionably one of the most well-made, if not the ouright winner of that particular category. In the final confrontation with the Joker, Batman saves him from an untimely death out of moral principle, despite spending most of the movie actually trying to stop him, at great danger to his own life and that of others. In that particular scene, the Joker says "this is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object".

My memory tweaked it a bit to read "terrible force of destruction" but I'll stick to that terminology since Bergoglio is unstoppable only on account of the timidity of the hierarchy of the Church, along with the complicity of many modernists in the Catholic establishment at large. He is by no means unstoppable, but that he is a terribe force of destruction I deem indisputable.

The more I think about it, the more I realise just how numerous are the similarities between Bergoglio and the Joker as portrayed in that film. Some time, I might get around to writing about that.

In any case, the correction was an attempt to stop Bergoglio's seemingly unstoppable march towards the destruction of what remains of the Catholic edifice. For what it's worth I don't think he will succeed with or without the correction, but the correction is a huge stumbling block. This has been proved very clearly as Bergoglio's enablers and attack hounds have had no other course but to attack the signatories in defence of Amoris Laetitia, and not the content of the correction itself.

Some have pointed out that there is nothing in the correction which shows that Amoris Laetitia actually teaches heresy, completely bypassing, it seems, the main charge of the signatories, which is that in his words and his deeds since the publication of Amoris Laeitia, Bergoglio has encouraged heretical readings of it (an already dubious text at best), in turn propagating heresies. If you're going to critique a document, the least you can do is read it and attack what the document actually asserts.

Others have pointed out that the number of signatories is small, the hypocrisy of which one writer, I believe on Rorate Caeli, took exception. He notes that the Bergoglio party has spent the better part of 5 years (and 5 long long years, I hasten to add) intimidating those who disagree with the dangerous direction this horrendous pontificate has taken us, only to point to the number of his opponents being small as proof that the majority is not with the opposition. We remember, by the way, that Bergoglio speaks constantly of dialogue and parrhesia, all the while either threatening or ignoring those who actually attempt to dialogue with him. It seeems hypocrisy is his only mode.

The most ingenious and at the same time non-sensical defence of Amoris Laetitia is that it is all due to a mistranslation! They claim that the whole furore was due to a mistranlation of the Latin. You couldn't make this stuff up!

Christopher Ferrara took dissected this ridiculous claim  at the Remnant. I suppose their implicit claim is that Bergoglio is somehow a Latinist who wrote the whole thing up in Latin, no doubt in their mind consulting the great treasure of Latin writings that the Church possesses. This is a staggering claim, in defending a man whose grasp of Italian evidently is as incompetent as his grasp of Spanish. No matter which language he speaks hardly anybody can figure out what he actually said. I suppose Latin being his primary language might explain why nobody understands him when he speaks any other language, but we are left with the small issue that the official Latin version of Amoris Laetitia was only published in July of this year, well more than a year after the original publication of Amoris Laetitia, and that the document itself was probably written in Spanish, given the large input of Tucho 'art of kissing' Fernandez, the ghostwrite and brains -...

The doomsday that wasn't, but could still spell doom for Bergoglio - Sunday 17th to Saturday 23rd of September

There was great apprehension about what was going to happen on the 23rd of September, 2017. This was on account of an astrological constellation which only appears about once every 7,000 years,  something about 12 stars being aligned in a particular way, with possibly a planet or a 12th star above them. This alluded to the scriptural passage in Revelation, which is taken to refer to the Virgin Mary having the stars under her feet.

The day came and I did not notice anything. The world did not end and life went on as normal, or so it would seem...

What transpired was that a group of established Catholic scholars released a filial correction of Bergoglio, urging him to denouce the heresies which have spread like wildfire on account of Amoris Laetitia. It was titled "Correctio Filialis de haeresibus propagatis". Since I first read it on the 24th of September and much of the fallout has come since them, I intend to cover this document and surrounding events as part of the analysis of the following week.

I would like, however, to point out that the truth is out: Bergoglio is an unrepentant heretic and the whole world knows that prominent Catholics are onto him.

Over on the other side of the pond we had the whole hoopla about kneeling. It evidently began on Friday in a speech held by Trump in Alabama in which he called the kneeling players "son of a bitch", "sons of bitches" or both. Here was a point at which the media could have acted as a uniting force, criticising Donald Trump for his choice of words while villifying the players for their actions. Instead, the media chose to make Donald Trump out as some kind of nutcase who wanting his country's flag respected.

At best, this whole kneeling thing is a distraction from real issues, so I'll not waste too much time on it. Suffice it to write that Donald Trump is right on the substance.

I have always found it ridiculous that in the U.S. they play the national anthem before sporting events. It has a very Orwellian feel about it: "Fun, brought to you by the state". I would much rather see that kind of nonsense abolished altogether. There is also a deeply unhealthy and psychotic association of the flag of the U.S. with the military, which is just another of the many absurd tenets of the americanist religion.

Nonetheless, it is good decorum to stand up for one's national anthem, and frankly, even those of other nations. It is a simple mark of respect , shallow as it may be. It shows a lack of class to show disrespect to one's country if one chooses the singing of the national anthem as the moment of personal protest.

I would remiss if I did not take this opportunity to take a shot at the Novus Ordo. No doubt many of those upset at this kind of behaviour are Catholics of the Novus Ordo persuasion. Many of them will be church-goers. I submit that it is far more disrespectful to fail to observe basic Christian dress codes in church than to kneel when the national anthem is being sung and anybody who fails to observe the former has no right whatsoever to criticise those who fail to observe the latter.

This is specifically aimed at women who refuse to cover their heads, as I have never seen a non-Muslim man in a Catholic church with head-covering, not even in clown masses - and any Muslim man invited into a Catholic Church for feel-good purposes has every right to disrespect those who invite him. The rules are apostolic and very clear and very simple: Women, head-covering; men, no head-cover. There is no 5-year old of ordinary capacity who would not be able to understand and apply those rules if so required, so I am at a loss to understand why Catholic women nowadays find it so impossible to grasp or apply.

It would certainly seem as though divinely-inspired apostolic commands such as those deserve far more respect than standing before a national anthem, whether it is being played in or out of place, as the case may be when national anthems are played before domestic sporting contests.

Speaking of distractions, although more positively-charged ones, we  had note that the awful Lady Gaga was going through somewhat of a spritual/mental crisis and had even postponed her tour. I only mention this because a while back I had mentioned that she was Catholic after having read it. My statemet was something akin to "you wouldn't know she is Catholic and she even goes to Church, sometimes". I had seen a picture of her with her parish priest, in which the parish priest was defending her from what he thought was uncharitable accusations. The point of this story is that I had almost started to wonder whether I had imagined the whole thing, until she posted a picture of herself holding a Rosary as she goes through trying times.

She wrote that she had sold her soul to the illuminati and that her fibromyalgia was the price she was now paying for it. I am sure I am joined by many fellow Catholics in hoping that this wretched woman who nonetheless still seems to cling to some notion of God and some notion of the Catholic faith finds the peace which only God can provide. We should all pray that she can turn her back on all her wicked and blasphemous ways because  it would seem as though deep under all that filth there is a sensitive soul crying towards the LORD, and honestly wishing to find Him.

It is a mark of the Novus Ordo that we have so many crypto-Catholics, which is to say, people who one would never assume were Catholic at all until they all of a sudden claimed to be.  NOChurch seems intent on promoting the notion that...
