        There is one positive aspect to the un-personing of Schneider and Burke. No one can ever again claim that Bergoglio does not know about or cannot muzzle James Martin and the many other celebrity pro-sodomy priests prowling about the world.

Benedict XVI: Unofficially restricts Cardinal McCarrick for grossly violating his vows of chastity and being a homosexual predator. McCarrick ignores him and acts like he's not restricted at all.

Francis: Unofficially restricts Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider for speaking Truth and criticizing the Pope. Both will probably be obedient.

Something is SERIOUSLY backwards here...

    I understand that USA bishops were told not to welcome Cardinal Burke as well for speaking engagements?
    Is that correct?

    What am I to think? Archbishop Vigano is hiding for his very life. And ++ Burke and Bishop Schneider are virtually being monitored and let's be honest: Silenced to administer to the flock.

    We have before us an enraged and diabolical attack upon the holy. Holy men who are obedient to their orders. They are being held hostage, in my view.

    Satan is growing bolder.

      Not only do I agree with you, cs, but if this isn't an "in your face, faithful Catholics!" moment from the present occupant of the Chair of Peter and his accomplices, I don't know what is.
      To restrict these men of God and True shepherds by unwritten admonition is truly EVIL when compared to the unrestricted freedom of sexual predator Theodore McCarrick. NOW is the time for every truly faithful Bishop to invite Cardinal Burke to their diocese, with thousands of faithful Catholics present to greet him.

Bergoglio just keeps the insults coming.

It will be interesting to see whether these faithful bishops obey these unjust 'secret orders' or whether they will persist in standing up for what is right.
