I would say there is possibly something within the British Constitution that prohibits the enforcing of this "more than 2 persons" rule and it's legality. There are issues with many laws passed in Australia since 1973 based on the UK & AU constitution's.

Prince Charles said the uk is choking on red tape so it’s highly likely a law can be passed saying anything. Nobody reads them after all. You can’t. It’s all jumbo and mumbo and you have to pay £600 an hour to have it translated.

The UK and AU constitutions are entwined with Common law, you need to know both to understand the true meaning, this is by design. Notice that the constitution is not taught in school (not here in Oz anyway)...."knowledge is power" and you don't give power to those your deceiving & taking control of.

There is no written UK Constitution. An unelected elite make it up as they go along. We have barely a token democracy.

One good thing about this whole Covid-19 fiasco is that it is showing up 'democracy' as the true illusion it is.

It might as well be: Being a thinking and independent-minded person already is.
