He is/was. Meaning he was a holder of dual citizenship. Unsure of whether he still holds an Australian passport.

But America doesn't recognize dual citizenship

Good for you, Mr. Gibson. Enjoy your "Catholic" pro-abortion Biden. Because you're either voting for pro-abortion Biden or you're doing nothing to stop him..

Hopefully our Lord can continue to give him the Grace of not only making great films but more importantly good discernments over his eternal fate.

Gibson should be speaking out against the "nazis' in Australia who are enforcing the COVID-19 restrictions.

What on earth is the 'space' Mel occupies right now? Seemingly he is all over the place which suggests he is in fact "Not right in the head" and still in need of therapy.

Own comment:

First of all, I am pretty sure that this interview is from 2016, when Trump was running against the ghastly Hillary instead of the sell-out Biden. I am sure of that because I have seen it before, or at least I have seen him interviewed by the same man before against the same background, and him mresponding that neither of the candidates were good enough, so unless they wheel him out at every election and they never change their set, I am pretty sure the interview is old.

Secondly, I am certain that the U.S. has dual citizenship, because only that would explain how 'Jews' are able to hop from one American administration onto an Israeli administration, in spots which one can only assume would be reserved for citizens.

Thirdly, I agree with Mel Gibson: None of the candidates are good enough. To be fair, in 2016 I would probably have voted for Trump had I been American, but given that Trump is running on a record now, and a record which includes economic starvation, threats of military aggression, actual military aggression, and endless pandering to the zionist lobby, the only good thing I can say about him politically is that he at least appoints good judges and some of his anti-abortion pledges have been kept.

However, the fact remains that the long-term trajectory of the U.S. will not change, and he has emboldened and financed the deep state more than it has ever been before, except in public he pretends the exact opposite. While I might not have agreed with Mel Gibson in 2016, I certainly agree with him now.  That Trump speaks well and is entertainig cannot gloss over his multiple acts of aggression anc callous disregard for human life, and saying that Biden supports all those policies - which he does - is no comfort.

Still, I want Trump to win, although this time, I am not taken in by any of his empty promises, but rather the fact that it would keep the demoniacs out of the most powerful political seat for a little while longer.
