My thoughts are for a young German friend who entered a contemplative order in Bavaria recently and how she's faring. She's a brilliant young woman devoted to Christ and the salvation of souls. I pray Our Lord will grant her his guidance and even if her beloved Catholic Bavaria suffers under this egregious prelate she'll be protected. Cardinal Marx is a menace the enemy of Christian spirituality and prodigy of the Pontiff. The persecution of traditional monastic and religious life has begun. We know without question what we're facing with the Apostates within our the Church.

The shot came over the bow with the immediate persecution of the Franciscans of the Immaculate very soon after this present pontificate started. And holy institutes are being picked off one by one over these past time but now this is accelerating. Holiness is hated, much hated by the current regime and it must be smashed. Sure, tell a nun to just leave and where does she go? Close the abbeys and, of course, take over any assets. Just like during the protestant revolution, the assets are stolen. Follow the money in many cases but also see that holiness is being abused, calumnies laid against holy ones and so forth. It is the age of the false church and we are to soldier on as true and faithful Catholics in the midst of it until the Lord puts and end to things. And He will. We must pray for the conversion of these hard hearts--the globalists, communists, atheists, sodomites, mason, heretics, etc....all welcome at the Vatican at present.

One possible option for the homeless nuns is to live together in a beguinage. The beguines were laity, and not under the authority of the bishop any more than any other laity. A bishop cannot demand that a layperson leave their home and give it to the bishop.

Hilary White has written on this.

I would not put it past Marx to ban these people from even coming on church property if they did take care of nuns. It's like the bishops in the United States forceing members of church organizations into background checks, or theywill not be allowed to use church property for functions.

So Cardinal Marx is not only a modern day Martin Luther trying to destroy the Church by spreading heresy, he is also a modern day Henry VIII destroying the monastic tradition in Germany by closing monasteries and confiscating their wealth.

How long will he continue on his destructive path until the Church finally stops him?

Are you even paying any attention, Pope Francis?

I think he must be related to Karl Marx actually.

In fact, Cardinal Marx praised Karl Marx recently, saying of him, "Without him, there would not be any Catholic social doctrine."
Apparently Cardinal Marx is not familiar either with the gospel of Christ or the corporal works of mercy.

Lol. I’m not surprised. I have dyslexia and every time I read cardinal marx’s Name it reads Karl Marx in my brain. Those two are kindred spirits.

Own comment:

It is hardly surprising that an avowed enemy of the Church's faith should go about destroying those who exhibit that faith most perfectly.

We should therefore not be surprised that Cardinal Marx is going after the monastics.
