It would not be entirely surprising if the recorded arrest was stage-managed. 

I first learned of it from Jason Bermas, who intimated it was probably due to leaked documents. If the report by Tancred  is true - and he quotes a newspaper, for what that's worth - then it paints her in a very bad light for lying about the whole thing.
