Russian strikes are reactions to Kiev’s initiatives. They are not part of a proactive offensive strategy. Putin says so himself. Putin told Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that Ukraine’s attacks on Russian energy facilities forced him to retaliate. The Russian Defense Ministry described the attacks as retaliatory. Putin apparently doesn’t grasp that Russia is at war far beyond a “limited military operation” and that his failure to bring it to a quick end has resulted in an ever-widening war that is spinning out of control. The Kremlin’s lack of realism boggles the mind.

The Great Dispossession Part 1

Some definitions: an “account holder” is you, your IRA, your pension plan, your stock and bond investments held at an “account provider” or “intermediary” or “depository institution” such as Merrill Lynch, Schwab, Wells Fargo. An “entitlement holder” is the definition of you whose ownership claim to your financial assets has been subordinated to the claims of “secured creditors” of the institution where you have your accounts. Please do understand that the dispossession of which I write is your dispossession.

Klaus Schwab tells us that in the Great Reset that the World Economic Forum is preparing for us “you will own nothing and you will be happy.” Well, we already own nothing. Our bank deposits and stocks and bonds, in the event the depository institution gets into trouble, belong to the depository institution’s creditors, not to us. All assets are pooled and serve as collateral whether or not labeled “segregated.”

You might remember that during the last financial crisis we were told that there would be no more bail-outs, that in the future there would be bail-ins. A bail-out is when central bank money creation rescues the favored troubled financial institutions. A bail-in is when the depositors’ assets are used for the rescues.

The loss of property rights in financial assets is the case throughout the Western world. The rewrite of financial property rights appears to be the work of regulatory bodies, not legislatures which seem to be unaware of it.

No, it is not a conspiracy theory. Regulatory authorities have made legal changes of which financial market participants are unaware. Webb’s purpose is to bring awareness, which is why he has made his book freely available.

As a result of these changes, which appear to have been made by financial regulatory authorities rather than by elected legislatures, individuals no longer have property rights in “their” securities. “Owners” now have “entitlement rights,” which means that they have pro-rata rights to whatever securities remain in the depository institution after secured creditors’ claims are met. In actual fact, “your” securities and your bank deposits are no longer recognized in law as your personal property if the depository institution–the bank or, for example, Merrill Lynch–becomes financially troubled. Your “ownership” is encumbered as collateral for secured creditors who are the owners in fact. Apparently, this was done by regulatory authorities as underpinning for the derivatives complex, which is many magnitudes greater than world GNP, or perhaps derivative exposure served as an excuse for setting up the Great Reset in which “you will own nothing.” Indeed, individual banks among the world’s largest have derivative exposure the size of world GDP.

You might wonder why regulatory authorities permitted something so dangerous and irresponsible to occur.

To state the bottom line in another way, “your” securities serve as collateral for the creditors of depository institutions. Your right to “your” property terminates the minute the depository institution gets in financial trouble.

Communications between the New York Federal Reserve Bank and the European Commission Legal Certainty Group and the court case resulting from the failure of Lehman Brothers have established legal certainty that secured creditors are empowered to immediately take client assets in the event of a failure in the custodian.

National central depositories of securities (all are now pooled, none held under the “owner’s” name or segregated) are now established and are linked to the international depository so that securities can instantly be delivered world wide to meet secured creditors’ claims. Essentially, the mega-banks are “privileged creditors.”

You might think that your money and your stocks and bonds would be safe if you use as your depository one of the “banks too big to fail.” You would be mistaken. The Federal Reserve permits the large banks to create subsidiaries that hold deposits, and the Federal Reserve permits the large banks to transfer their derivatives to these same subsidiaries. In this way, the bank itself remains afloat. Only its subsidiaries holding your money and securities are wiped out in the event of a crash.

At the risk of over-promising, as even for a person of my education and experience getting one’s mind around the enormity of what has been put in place is a challenge, I hope for this article, which you have just read, to be part 1 in a 3-part series, with the second part being an outline of the regulatory changes that stole our financial property rights, and the third part being the implications of the Federal Reserve’s raising of interest rates after 15 years of near zero rates, thus shredding the value of financial assets held in portfolios. We face the prospect of the worst financial crisis in history “solved” with the introduction of digital money that places total control into the hands of political power and its masters.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) was passed as a result of the public hysteria that was orchestrated in response to a non-existent “Muslim terrorist threat” that was spun off of 9/11, the only claimed Muslim terrorist act in the US, an event now understood as a neoconservative operation to create “the New Pearl Harbor” necessary for their wars in the Middle East against Israel’s enemies.

The FISA Act was totally unconstitutional as it vitiated the US Constitution’s prohibitions against arrest and spying without warrants. The FISA Act is a police state measure and nothing else. That Americans, Congress, and the federal courts accepted it proves the absence of any commitment to freedom.

In this pre-election fundraising season we hear from Republicans how much they do for freedom and all that they are going to do to preserve it. But what do they really do?

Despite President Trump’s plea to the House Republicans, a plea from the Republican Presidential Nominee and in the opinion of many Republicans the actual President of the US as his reelection was stolen with Republican Party complicity by the Democrats, the Republican Speaker of the House and all but 19 Republicans tried to keep the unconstitutional FISA Act, which expires April 19, in force by re-authorizing it.

The Democrats, not wanting Trump, the next President, to have the power to do to them what they did to him, voted uniformly with 19 Republicans to kill the police state act Americans have lived under for many years by a vote of 226 against and 193 for.

It is almost a certainly that by one means or the other the police state will get the FISA Act renewed. But notice: It was the Democrats, not the Republicans, who responded to Trump and voted down the renewal of the police state legislation.

So much for the Republican Party in which so many false hopes are placed.

Trump should have created his own party, a party that represents Americans.

Notice that neither Republican US Representatives Jim Jordan nor James Comer are among the 19 Republicans who voted for freedom instead of for a police state.

Considering the massive and unattended problems threatening the US and the total absence of leadership and recognition of reality, the prospect that the US will exist beyond 2024 is in question.

All but 3 of the 19 Republicans who voted for freedom are from the South, the repository of Freedom in America.

The only freedom favored by the West and NE coasts liberal populations is the freedom for criminals and sexual perverts to be normalized and unpunished, and for preferred minorities to be permitted to riot and loot without consequence to them.

Putin Has Allowed the Ukraine Conflict to Spiral Out of Control

As I have consistently warned, it is only a matter of time before Putin’s never-ending war spirals out of control. That time is now.

The war has widened far from Donbass into Russian cities–Belgorod from which there have been evacuations, Tula, Kalunga, 
Bryansk, and Moscow–and military bases, oil refineries, and concert halls. The attacks are mainly defeated by Russian air defense, but the attacks show that the conflict has spread beyond Donbas into Russia. NATO satellites and personnel are providing the intelligence for Ukraine’s attacks on Russia. NATO members have announced that most NATO members already have troops serving various capacities in Ukraine.

There are indications that the US and NATO may move soldiers into Odessa in order to prevent Russian military support to Transnistria and to save Ukraine’s last port on the Black Sea. A move of NATO forces into Odessa could be part of a general move of NATO soldiers into Western Ukraine.

Remember that US Secretary of State Blinken recently declared that Ukraine for certain would be incorporated into NATO and that the process is underway. Both the occupation of Odessa by NATO forces and Ukraine’s membership in NATO are Putin red lines that he would have to enforce or be discredited in the eyes of Russia and the world.

These facts indicate that Macron, the French president, was not speaking out of turn when he said that it is necessary to save the West from a shattering defeat that would destroy its prestige by sending NATO and French troops to Ukraine. As I warned early on, prestige gets involved in conflicts, and the conflicts spin out of control. To avoid this, Putin needed to use sufficient force to immediately terminate the conflict. This failure has brought on wider war.

Don’t be fooled that these expensive developments are just a bluff to force Putin into a peace deal favorable to Ukraine. These are moves toward general war.

It is a war that Putin has brought on by trying to avoid it.

As I recently wrote, Putin has a very short time in which to end Ukraine’s resistance before he finds Russia in war with the West.

Note: Geoffrey Pyatt, a US State Department official who conspired with Victoria Nuland to install a puppet government in Ukraine following Washington’s overthrow of the elected government, has announced that the US government intends to prevent Russia’s Arctic development of liquid natural gas. “Our goal is to ensure that Arctic LNG i2 is dead in the water.”

As I reported during the 3 years of orchestrated Covid hysteria, both HCQ and Ivermectin are preventers and cures of Covid. The medical authorities knew this, but they suppressed it,
because if they acknowledged that a cure existed, the Covid “vaccine” could not be released under emergency authorization.

As the “vaccine” had not gone through the required testing, it could not be released for use under normal conditions. Therefore, it was a known risk, and the emergency use authorization protected the pharmaceutical companies from liability.

As the “medical authorities” –FDA, CDC, NIH, WHO–are all shills for the profits of Big Pharma and exist in a revolving door relationship with Big Pharma–Fauci himself shared patent ownership with Big Pharma–an untested vaccine was falsely and illegally released under false pretenses. Big Pharma made billions of dollars, and millions of “vaccinated” victims died or had health injuries. This is an established fact, not a “conspiracy theory” as Big Pharma’s “fact checkers” proclaim. It is an established scientific fact totally ignored by the whore media, medical boards, and the Big Pharma operatives that constitute the “medical regulatory authorities.”

As a consequence of legislation lobbied to passage by Big Pharma and insurance companies, fewer and fewer doctors are in private practice. Instead they are employees, which means they are accountable to their employer, some HMO, and not to their patients. Medical insurance has not adjusted to this fact.

I have a friend who is a doctor employed by a HMO. Observing the failure of ventilators and the non-treatment process for Covid, he cured patients with Ivermectin. Three times he was called in by his employer and ordered to stop treatment with Ivermectin. He ignored the orders on the grounds that they were an illegitimate interference in the doctor-patient relationship and an interference in his obligation to his patients and the Hippocratic Oath. Understanding that a fourth reprimand was a firing, leaving his patients unprotected, he diagnosed Covid infected patients with lupus and other health problems traditionally treated with Ivermectin or HCQ.

In other words, in the “free” United States of America, now seen worldwide as “a shithole country,” the only way a conscientious medical doctor should serve the health of his patients was through subterfuge.

Recently, as I reported, a federal court ordered the Big Pharma marketing agent, the FDA, to remove its online warnings against the use of Ivermectin, a long approved drug for general use based solely on the doctor’s opinion. All of the totally corrupt federal agencies–FDA, NIH, CDC, along with Bill Gates’ WHO–declared Ivermectin, long a preventer in Africa of River Blindness, to be a “horse medicine.”

No one in Africa taking Ivermectin as “the Sunday medicine” to prevent river blindness got Covid.

No one in Africa taking HCQ as “the Sunday medicine” to prevent malaria got Covid.

Four states in India successfully used Ivermectin to prevent Covid, did not use the “vaccine” and experienced little, if any, Covid. The same in parts of Brazil.

Today it is the Covid-Vaccinated countries where athletes in their prime are dropping dead on the playing field, where entertainers are dropping dead during performances, where airlines are running out of pilots due to the airline vaccine mandates, where babies and kids are dying from heart attacks, where never before seen turbo cancers are appearing among children and adults, where male and female fertility are declining, where miscarriages are rising.

The question before us is: Will the scientific information reported by Balmakov advance the use of Ivermectin in the cure and prevention of cancer, or will Ivermectin, a very inexpensive medicine, be seen as a threat to the existing institutionalized profitable treatment of cancer, which basically destroys a person’s immunize system so cancer can win.

Americans being naive souls trusting authority are perfect victims for the likely renewed demonization of Ivermectin.

Indeed, we have a forerunner from federal “medical authorities” who have set their sights on banning NAC, a long-used supplement that greatly improves human health.

The last thing Big Pharma wants is a healthy population. Big Pharma needs a sick population for its profitability. Indeed, Big Pharma creates vaccines and “medicines” that make us sicker so we need more medication.

Insouciant Americans don’t understand that Big Pharma controls medical research and increasingly the curriculums of medical schools. Not long ago when the editors of the two most prestigious medical research publications resigned, the New England Journal of Medicine and The Lancet, both said that they had no confidence in the articles that their journals published, because 70% of the articles were written with Big Pharma grants.

In the world today, American youth are the most medicated, vaccinated kids in the world, and hardly any of them are healthy.

The question before us is: How did a people intended by their founders to be the most free in human history end up subservient to official narratives that destroy their freedom, their health, their independence?

Why is the American population content with its impotence and loyal to a government that is unaccountable to the people?

The only answer is that the insouciant American population has zero awareness of their situation. When people don’t understand that they are threatened, how can they resist a threat of which they are unaware?

It is not Putin, XI, Iran, who are overthrowing America. America has been overthrown by the insouciance of the population.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data analyzed by the Center for Immigration Studies, Florida has been reported as the top landing zone for illegal aliens flown secretly into the country as part of a Biden administration program. Amelia McKenzie reports that as of February, 326,000 of these individuals were flown to Miami.

America Has a Third World Economy

Friday’s jobs report, the financial press tells us, “blew past projections,” with a monthly jobs gain of 303,000 compared to the 231,000 average over the past year. The Biden economy is gathering steam. https://www.barrons.com/livecoverage/march-jobs-report-today

In actual fact the jobs report shows that the United States is continuing its collapse into third worldism.

A first world economy is characterized by high productivity, high value-added manufacturing and industrial jobs. A third world economy is characterized by low productivity service and government jobs. As I have reported for 30 years, the US has transitioned from the first to the third world.

The jobs report shows that. In March America lost jobs in primary metal manufacturing, fabricated metal product manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, computer and electronic product manufacturing, computer and peripheral equipment manufacturing, communications equipment manufacturing, semiconductor and other electronic component manufacturing, electrical equipment, appliance, and component manufacturing, furniture and related product manufacturing, food manufacturing, textile product manufacturing, apparel manufacturing, plastics and rubber products manufacturing, leather and allied product manufacturing.

190,000 of the jobs are in services, and 71,000 are in government. In other words, 86% of the jobs gain reflect the third world pattern. The service jobs are in wholesale and retail trade, health care and social assistance, and waitresses and bartenders.

The high tech jobs we were promised in exchange for offshoring US manufacturing industry are hardly visible and certainly did not provide opportunities for displaced manufacturing workers. Moreover, most tech jobs–AI, robotics, software programs–are aimed at displacing humans from the work force.

The offshoring of US manufacturing destroyed the middle class, state and local government budgets, the ladders of upward mobility, and concentrated the wealth of the country in one percent of the population.

That one percent itself is a massively wide wealth range from $11 million to 200,000 million, which are certainly not comparable wealth positions. The difference is the same as between $11 and $200,000. American wealth is concentrated in the hands of multi-billionaires who comprise one-tenth of one percent or less of the population.

The tell-tale sign of a third world economy is the concentration of wealth in the hands of a tiny minority. In the United States this is called “democracy.” And an increase in third world jobs is misrepresented as economic progress.

They will never stop lying to us.

24/7 Media and No Valid Information

The English language Russian media, such as RT, is better at news reporting than the Western media, but Russian media also supports official narratives, such as the claim that

What actually happened is that a small contingent from the group held a march on Moscow to protest the senseless casualties of fighting a war with both hands tied. Prigozhin wanted to get the war with Ukraine over with, not drag it on endlessly and needlessly.

A protest is not a mutiny. The Russian military, jealous of the Wagner Group wanted Prigozhin’s warriors brought under their control. They used the protest to alarm Putin about a mutiny. Putin, who is unable to admit that his “limited military operation” is a blunder, came down hard on Prigozhin. The military got what they wanted. Prigozhin died in a mysterious plane crash, and the Wagner Group was dispersed among Russian military units, thus breaking up the best fighting force Russia had.

I have also noticed that RT and Sputnik support US official narratives, such as the “Jan 6 Insurrection.” The explanation for this could be self-censorship by the English language Russian media so that they are not banned from the US.

If you think about it, the question arises: Do people anywhere in the Western world have a factual understanding of any important event? The assassination of President John F. Kennedy? The Gulf of Tonkin? The 1964 Civil Rights Act? The Soviet collapse? 9/11? Saddam Hussein’s “weapons of mass destruction”? The overthrow and murder of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi? The Maidan Revolution? The Ukrainian-Russian conflict? The Israeli genocide of Palestine? The 2020 US presidential election? The charges against Trump?

For truth to prevail, honest journalism is required, but as Martin Gurri explained in The City Journal, what the West has is “post-journalism” which consists of advocacy of agendas and protection of the narratives that support those agendas. Facts are no longer part of the picture. The Woke turn to the NY Times, CNN, and NPR to slate their emotions with their hate fix for the day.

Consequently, no one knows what is really happening, not even those who know that something is wrong.

Shocking moment Hillary Clinton is branded a ‘super predator’ while husband Bill is told he’s a ‘piece of s**t’ to his face by anti-Israel protesters in NYC.

Hillary Clinton was branded a ‘super predator’ while husband Bill was called a ‘piece of s**t’ during an ambush by pro-Palestine protesters in New York City.

The Clintons were accused of ‘facilitating genocide’ by the demonstrators who hurled abuse at the couple as they exited a Biden fundraiser on Wednesday.

Hillary was leaving the Music Box Theater where she and her husband were watching a preview of the show ‘Suffs’ for which she is a producer.

She and fellow host Hamilton writer Lin-Manuel Miranda used the occasion to stump for Biden.
But the Clintons were met by a hostile crowd blaming Hillary in particular for ‘the deaths of millions’.

“You call yourself a feminist? Women are dying in Gaza, you fucking coward!”

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton confronted by anti-genocide protestors Wednesday night after hosting yet another fundraiser for Biden in NYC.

“Has anyone told you you ARE the superpredator?”— Talia Jane’Hillary, has anyone ever told you that you are the super predator?’ One protester screamed as the former secretary of state approached her car.

‘Bill Clinton, you’re a genocide supporter. F*** you, you piece of s**t,’ the demonstrator added as the ex-president followed her out.

But Hillary appeared unfazed raising a hand to wave and flashing a smile at the others who had gathered to see her even as the critique kept coming.

‘You are responsible for genocides, you are responsible for atrocities. You’re literally helping facilitate the genocide of Palestinian people,’ the protester continued.

She continued bellowing even as Hillary got into the vehicle and shut the door.
‘F***ing piece of s**t Hillary! Over 34,000 people are dead Hillary. Call yourself a feminist? Women are dying in Gaza.’

As the car pulled away, the protester was seen giving the finger before chasing the vehicle down the road to continue shouting.

‘Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, we can see you hiding in the back of your car,’ the demonstrator yelled. ‘Stop holding fundraisers for genocide you f***ing coward. How many people have died at your hands?’

‘I hope their screams haunt you every night,’ another person added.

The couple were targeted due to their ties to Biden, whose support for Israel as it conducts a devastating bombardment of Gaza has been widely criticized amid the rising death toll.

Among the recent victims were seven aid workers including a US-Canadian citizen who were blasted with missiles by the IDF as they attempted to deliver food.

Initially, Hillary Clinton said those calling for a ceasefire, ‘did not understand Hamas’ as she insisted on Israel’s right to defend itself.

But she has since watered down her comments and criticized Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu for allowing the atrocity to happen.

Support for Israel’s military action in Gaza has dropped dramatically since November with the majority of Americans now opposing, according to the latest Gallup survey data.
The study found that 55 percent disapprove of Israel’s actions while only 36 approve.

Note: it should scare Americans to death that 36% of their fellow Americans believe in genocide and Israel’s right to commit the genocide of the Palestinian people. How far the US has declined with more than one-third of the population supporting genocide. Hopefully, it will happen to them.
